Classes

Yoga: Yin Fusion

Yin Fusion is a great restorative style of yoga, using posture and a focus on breathing to give your body a really deep stretch.

You will find it targeting connective tissues in your body, such as ligaments, bones and joints; helping you to appreciate the true posture of your body. You will be asked to hold each pose at the edge of your maximum comfortable reach, pausing in the stillness to allow you to sink into the position.

Yin fusion is suitable for all levels and will help people suffering from problem areas in their hips, pelvis and lower spine.

Yoga: Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is about movement, using the breath to transition from one pose to the next. It is an active yoga, promoting flexibility and appreciation of the body.

Using graceful continuous sequences, you will find your heart rate rising as you move around the yoga mat, resulting in both physical and mental benefits. The class's unpredictability keeps the mind alive as you focus on the task in hand, helping you to escape from life’s pressures and allowing your body to recharge.

Vinyasa is great for beginners right through to expert, and an ideal way to get back into fitness.

Yoga Private Sessions

Tailored yoga routines and dedicated support to perfect your technique.

Yoga can improve your self confidence, regain calmness in your mind, and manage any health concerns you may have. In a private session you can discuss what you are looking to get from your yoga practises along with any concerns, Michelle can then tailor the session to suit.

Throughout the session Michelle will help you focus the mind by using the breathe to control movement into a variety of poses. From beginners through to experts, Michelle can help you challenge your body, encouraging you to step outside your own comfort zone within a supported environment.

By the end of the session you will have a routine to take home with you to practice in your own time.
