What happens in a normal personal training session?

We know it can be difficult to stay on track with fitness, and it can become demoralising when you don’t get results. That is why each personal training session is tailored specifically to you and your goals.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident about your participation so your trainer will be there every step of the way demonstrating techniques, providing advice and encouraging you to keep going. Exercises will vary between strength, cardio, flexibility and endurance.
