Which classes are right for me?
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
This class is ideal for someone who is short on time, but wants to maximise their impact. It alternates between high intensity anaerobic exercises and a short recovery period. The reason HIIT is so good is that it improves the basal metabolic rate, therefore providing you with a great afterburn, several hours after the class.
If you are looking to tone your body and shed excess fat, this class would be great for you. Our circuits classes are fast paced, with participants moving around a set of workouts for 45-60 seconds each. The class is then rounded off with a finisher that is designed to challenge everyone together before the cool down stretch.
Relieve pressure and improve alignment. Many shrug stretching off due to its lack of intensity, however it is key to creating a healthy mind, body and soul. This class is great for regenerating our bodies, soothing our muscles so as to to avoid injuries that will set us back from our goals.
A great stress buster! Our boxercise classes are energetic, fun and designed to reduce your anxieties while also getting you in shape. Testing your coordination you will work in pairs using punching motions to build strength and burn calories. The class is also combined with other exercises such as lunges, squats and other core work to give you the full body workout.
Have you been dreaming of that flat washboard stomach? This is the class for you. Focused on working your core muscles, our AB attack class uses an assortment of exercises such as curls, planks, and twists to tone your stomach. Encouraged by everyone there, it will push to keep going where you might previously wimp out.
Improve your power, balance and agility with our kickboxing classes. Our workouts are based around repetitive movements lasting between 1- 2 minutes each. Exercises are a combination of independent and partnered-up work, where you will be provided with pads. Kickboxing is blend of cardio and strength training giving you that all-round workout.
Stay injury free and tone your butt! Our glutes are one of the largest muscle groups and they support the rest of our body. This circuit class uses a series of workout stations focused on your glute muscles. Spend around a minute on each exercise before moving onto the next challenge.
A great way to get comfortable with using the machines. Ideal for people who are worried about looking daft infront of others and would like a bit of support on technique and how much they should be challenging themselves. Working around a circuit the Instructor will give you advice so that you can get the most from the class and feel confident about using the machines on your own.
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Kettlercise is a body transformation and toning class using lightweight kettlebells. It is a combination of 37 exercises that last one minute each.
It is designed to burn fat and tone up your body. The exercises alternate between different areas of the body to ensure you work every muscle group.
